The process is an easy step by step.
1. Make contact with your insurance company and lodge your claim, you will need to provide details to them about the incident including your name, address and your policy number. You can nominate Southwest Caravans as your preferred repairer, at the end of your phone call they will provide you with your claim number.
2. Call Southwest Caravans on 03 57822464 or 0409003944.
Talk to Anna in the office and advise her that you have made an insurance claim and have nominated Southwest Caravans as the repairer. Provide Anna with your Claim Number
3. Anna will book a time to assess your caravan and take the necessary photos required to start the quote process.
4. Turn up for your appointment and we will do the rest from here, including sending the required paperwork and photos to your insurance company.
We will do everything we can to make this as easy as possible for you.
Once your quote is compiled, Anna will submit all the required paperwork to your insurance company. Your insurance company or Assessor will assess the quote and make a decision. Once your claim has been approved, Southwest Caravans will receive a Repair Authority. Upon this approval Anna will contact you and book in your caravan for the repairs.
This process can take some time as your insurance company may have other quotes they are processing.
